Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage dispatch planning, vendor coordination, and material movement across our supply chain. The role is critical in ensuring timely deliveries to OEM customers and smooth coordination between production, stores, and transporters. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and understands the importance of accuracy, timelines, and communication. Key Responsibilities Planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation and freight Coordinate with production, stores, and purchase teams for material readiness Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries Maintain dispatch records, LR copies, e-way bills, and invoices Monitoring shipments and addressing any issues Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and customers Streamlining logistics processes and resolving delivery or shipping challenges Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities, including shipping documentation and tracking information Analyzing and optimizing logistics operations for cost-effectiveness and delivery speed Providing regular reports on logistics operations, challenges, and improvements to management Education Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations is a plus) Experience 25 years in logistics/dispatch/supply chain coordination Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred Skills Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and e-way bills Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse processes Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems Strong follow-up and coordination skills Good communication and problem-solving ability Organized and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Provident Fund Experience: logistics: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person .
