Job Summary We are looking for a proactive *Field Business Development Executive* who will visit retail shops, small businesses, restaurants, traders, and other local businesses to understand their requirements and provide solutions related to *GST, FSSAI, business registrations, financial services and other SME support services*. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, customer acquisition, explaining financial/business services and converting leads into customers. ## Key Responsibilities * Visit shops, restaurants, traders, retailers and small businesses on a daily basis. * Identify prospective customers and generate new business leads. * Understand the customer's business and identify their GST, FSSAI, finance and registration requirements. * Explain available GST, FSSAI, accounting, taxation and financial support services. * Assist customers with GST registration, GST-related services and documentation. * Coordinate for FSSAI registration/license requirements. * Identify customers who require business loans, working capital or other eligible financial services. * Collect required documents and coordinate with the internal/operations team. * Follow up with customers until the service is completed. * Maintain daily field visit and sales reports. * Achieve monthly lead-generation, conversion and revenue targets. * Build long-term relationships with shop owners and SME customers. ## Required Skills * Good communication and convincing skills. * Comfortable with extensive field work. * Basic knowledge of GST and FSSAI. * Basic understanding of finance, business loans and MSME services. * Ability to explain services to small-business owners in simple language. * Good follow-up and customer-handling skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. * Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. .
