The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the end-to-end Claims lifecycle, insurance processes, claims processing, validation, adjudication, and settlement. The role involves working extensively on ACAS in a production environment, supporting claims operations, issue resolution, process improvements, testing, enhancements, and implementation activities while collaborating with business, technology, and operations teams. Responsibilities - Manage and support end-to-end Claims processes, including claim intake, validation, assessment, processing, and closure. - Work extensively on the ACAS Tool for claims processing, configuration, analysis, and day-to-day production operations. - Analyze claims-related issues, perform validation and documentation reviews, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution. - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance claims efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness. - Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and cross-functional teams to support testing, issue resolution, enhancements, implementation changes, reporting, and claims documentation related to the ACAS platform. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Insurance Claims with strong understanding of the end-to-end Claims lifecycle. - Mandatory hands-on experience with the ACAS Tool, preferably in a production environment. - Strong experience in claims processing, validation, adjudication, and settlement processes. - Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders. - Strong communication and documentation skills, along with willingness to work Mid Shift/Night Shift and 5 days from office in Noida. Good to Have - Experience in P&C; Insurance / General Insurance Claims. - Exposure to claims platforms, insurance applications, or claims transformation projects. - Experience in process improvement, UAT, testing, or implementation support. - Experience working with global insurance clients.
