Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements, cash flow statements, and financial MIS reports. Reconciliations: Review complex vendor, bank, and customer ledger reconciliations. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) or Masters in Commerce (M.Com) / MBA in Finance; professional certifications like CA (Inter), CMA, or CPA are a strong plus. Experience: Minimum 1012 years of hands-on accounting and audit exposure, ideally in a manufacturing plant or industrial setup in and around Nagpur's industrial belts Technical Software: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP FICO, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and enterprise accounting packages like Tally Prime. Excel Skills: Expert-level MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial data analysis ). .
