About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr . Accountant with strong expertise in ERP to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing accounting operations. Possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting international business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and ensure accurate financial record keeping. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Conduct bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Identify process improvements and optimize accounting workflows within Epicor ERP. Assist finance leadership with management reports and business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and system-related issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance is an added advantage). Strong understanding of General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead accounting activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting US or international accounting operations. Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS. Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based organizations.
