Role: Media and Information services (AI Automation Lead) Location: Kolkata/Mumbai Job Description Lead AI-first automation initiatives across Media & Information Services, driving intelligent test automation, GenAI-enabled quality engineering, and automation strategy for OTT, AdTech, and content platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality automation solutions while improving efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 10+ years of Experience in Media, OTT, Streaming, or Digital platforms. Expertise in AI/GenAI-enabled automation, Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, API testing, and CI/CD. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills. Define and drive the AI-first automation roadmap aligned with delivery goals. Lead AI-driven automation across OTT streaming, AdTech, Ad Operations, and content management systems. Implement GenAI capabilities for test generation, self-healing, and predictive quality. Validate data pipelines, analytics, and reporting systems. Establish automation standards, governance, and audit-ready processes. Ensure quality validation across web, mobile, and connected device platforms. Own automation execution, defect lifecycle management, and reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed teams to drive continuous improvement. .
