Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day offshore support for Workforce Software Time Management. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and data issues within SLAs. - Perform configuration updates, testing, and validations in WFS. - Assist onsite team with escalations, upgrades, and payroll-related time data issues. - Document fixes, update SOPs, and contribute to the knowledge base. - Work in a global delivery model, collaborating across time zones . Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) with focus on Time Management. - Positive knowledge of timekeeping, schedules, and absence/leave management. - Experience with integration to Payroll/HR systems (ECP/ EC - SuccessFactors). - Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. - Effective communication and ability to coordinate with onsite teams. Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to Australian payroll and compliance rules (advantageous). - Familiarity with labor laws, union rules, or award interpretation. .
