Company Description AGOrganica (A. G. Organica Pvt. The company operates with an in-house R&D team that develops custom formulations for client brands, balancing product characteristics, timelines, and costs. Brands partner with AGOrganica for its advanced manufacturing infrastructure, skilled workforce, and modern equipment, all aligned with strict quality and safety standards. In addition to private label and customized manufacturing and packaging services, AGOrganica produces natural essential oils and cosmetics-grade butters, offering a broad portfolio to clients worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Manager role based in Noida. The PPIC Manager will oversee daily production planning, material requirement planning, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels and timely order fulfillment. The role includes coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and warehouse teams to align production schedules with sales forecasts and client commitments. The PPIC Manager will monitor stock movements, maintain accurate records, analyze demand patterns, and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency. The role also involves preparing regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and capacity utilization, while supporting smooth store operations and contributing to a consistent customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including production planning, inventory control, and process optimization. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting data-driven insights. Candidates should possess Store Management skills related to stock handling, warehouse coordination, and materials flow. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to support timely order fulfillment and quality standards. Relevant skills such as data analysis, ERP or inventory management systems proficiency, and attention to detail are beneficial. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, with experience in FMCG or manufacturing, is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to safety and quality compliance requirements. .
