Job Title - Store and Dispatch Executive Company: Safety Projects Pvt Ltd Department: Stores & Inventory Management Reporting To: Plant Head Location: Umbergaon Plant Position Summary Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Store Manager responsible for efficient management of raw materials, consumables, inventory control, and stores operations within a fabrication manufacturing environment. The role involves ERP-based inventory management, material traceability, stock monitoring, and coordination with production and purchase departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Key Responsibilities Manage raw material inward and outward activities.Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management and documentation.Maintain ERP-based inventory control and stock accuracy.Implement and monitor batch traceability systems.Control consumables inventory and usage tracking.Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical materials.Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.Monitor scrap generation, handling, and reporting.Control material issue processes as per production requirements.Implement and maintain FIFO (First In First Out) practices.Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Planning departments for material availability.Maintain stores documentation, inventory records, and audit readiness.Support continuous improvement in stores and inventory management processes.Batch traceability and documentation Qualification Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred Experience 710 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management within metal fabrication.
