Inventory & Stores Executive Material Management Job Location: Borivali Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 25 Years Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline Reporting To: Administration Manager Job Overview We are looking for an Inventory & Stores Executive to manage day-to-day inventory and stores activities. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material movement, and ensuring proper storage and documentation. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in the ERP system. - Receive, check, store, and issue materials as per approved requirements. - Maintain inward, outward, and stock-related records. - Monitor stock levels, including minimum, maximum, and reorder levels. - Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies. - Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Service, and Accounts teams for material requirements. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and housekeeping of materials. - Prepare inventory reports and maintain relevant documentation. - Follow FIFO/FEFO and established inventory procedures. - Assist with internal and external stock audits. - Handle other inventory, stores, and material management activities as assigned. Requirements - Graduate in any discipline. - 25 years of relevant experience in Inventory, Stores, or Material Management. - Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management processes. - Good record-keeping and documentation skills. - Basic knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory control. - Valuable coordination and communication skills.
