The Senior Manager -Talent Acquisition will own and drive the end-to-end hiring strategy for the organization, aligning talent acquisition initiatives with business goals and growth plans. This role requires a seasoned recruitment professional with deep expertise in technology hiring, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and external partners to build scalable hiring processes, strengthen employer branding, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality talent across technical and non-technical roles. RequirementsKey Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership Define and execute short-term and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives Lead workforce planning discussions with business and functional heads Translate business requirements into actionable hiring roadmaps and recruitment plans Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring trends, talent availability, and market insights End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for senior, niche, and leadership roles Drive hiring across technical domains such as engineering, product, embedded systems, AI/ML, vision systems, and corporate functions Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant hiring practices across all roles Maintain high standards for candidate quality and hiring manager satisfaction Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Management Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and interview frameworks Set clear expectations on timelines, interview ownership, and decision-making Influence stakeholders to drive hiring closure within agreed SLAs Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators Set performance goals, track recruiter productivity, and drive continuous improvement Establish best practices, playbooks, and standardized hiring processes Employer Branding & Talent Market Presence Strengthen employer branding through careers page content, job postings, social media, and recruitment campaigns Represent the organization at hiring events, campus drives, job fairs, and industry forums Build long-term talent pipelines for critical and recurring skill sets Recruitment Operations & ATS Excellence Own and optimize recruitment workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness Track and analyze key TA metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire Vendor, Compliance & Process Governance Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and referral programs Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy standards, and internal HR policies Drive continuous process improvements through automation and analytics Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Strong experience hiring for technology-driven organizations, including senior and niche roles Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment functions Preferred Qualifications Experience in engineering, product, R&D, or technology services organizations Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) Exposure to campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and hiring best practices .
