This position is responsible for driving talent acquisition efforts and supporting recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for key positions, ensuring timely hiring outcomes and a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging passive candidate engagement and advanced Boolean search techniquesEstablish connections and promote opportunities to prospective candidates while representing company culture and valuesLiaise with placement agencies and negotiate terms to assist with recruitment needsTake ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomesMaintain up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure accurate candidate pipeline reporting and timely tracking of candidate statusFoster a positive candidate experience and uphold employer branding throughout the hiring processCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition Head to ensure hiring strategies align with evolving business goalsConduct kick-off meetings and debrief sessions with hiring managers to align on role requirements, expectations, and candidate feedback and refine job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteriaPartner with cross-functional teams including HR, L&D, and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding and talent integrationAssist in defining and refining internal processes and documentation related to the recruitment lifecycleContinuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practicesCollaborate with HR and PR/Marketing teams to align employer branding efforts with recruitment messaging and candidate experienceTrack, analyze, and present recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health to identify trends and suggest data-driven improvementsStay informed about market trends and share relevant insights with the teamThe ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience Qualifications Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles in a technology or services-based environmentExperience in sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn and job boardsExperience in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment data and candidate pipelinesExperience in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing hiring metrics to support data-driven decisionsKnowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruitment best practicesPersonal Skills Ability to understand different personality types and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholdersAbility to assess how individuals may fit within a team and organizational cultureAbility to identify a persons strengths and align them with suitable rolesAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writingStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to manage time, multiple priorities, and competing deadlinesStrong work ethic, personal accountability, and dependabilityAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in hiring decisionsProfessional demeanor with the ability to build credibility and trustPositive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindsetEducation and Work Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment .
