Salary : 20k(Target Based) Location : Remote Immediate Joiner Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (consultancy-based, target-driven) at CareerBloc. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes across multiple client accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand role requirements, building talent pipelines through various channels, and promoting employer branding to attract qualified candidates. The role involves maintaining recruitment metrics, meeting placement targets, and ensuring a positive candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and provide regular updates on progress and market insights. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills, with experience managing multiple open roles and stakeholder expectations. Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills, with the ability to represent client brands professionally and attract suitable talent. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with clients and candidates. Candidates should possess strong time management, organizational, and target-oriented skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Relevant experience in consultancy or agency recruiting, especially in target-based environments, is highly beneficial. A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and basic HR compliance practices is an advantage. .
