Key Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, systems, and servers. * Handle basic server administration and troubleshooting activities. * Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and system-related issues. * Configure and maintain basic networking devices such as switches, routers, and access points. * Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues. * Identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate solutions. * Maintain IT infrastructure records, documentation, and system-related reports. * Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors whenever required. * Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations. * Follow IT security, backup, and system maintenance procedures.
