We're just getting started with it, and this role sits right at the centre of that reputed company. THE ROLE We're looking for a reputed company, highly capable Technical Support reputed company to own the franchisee support experience for BrightPOS. This is a medior-to-senior position. We're not looking for someone to follow a script we need someone who can think, troubleshoot reputed company problems independently, and bring reputed company energy and ownership to everything they touch. You'll be the go-to for franchisees dealing with technical issues on the platform, but your work goes reputed company reputed company reactive support. You'll reputed company help build and improve AI-assisted support tools including training and monitoring chatbots designed to enhance the franchisee experience and reduce response times.
