Designation/ Grade Telecaller /Senior Telecaller Reports To Vice President Team Size 5 to 6 Purpose of the Job Revenue generation and enhancing profitability 1. Revenue achievement against allotted Revenue Targets 2. Monitor day to day productivity of branches 3. Maintaining regular relations with clients. 4. Thorough knowledge of all tele calling experience. 5. Ability to advise the clients from time to time based on the councilling advices. 6. Handle a client of 5 60. 7. Should have good communication skills which are clear, precise, articulate 8. Prior experience in servicing Corporate, educational institutions, education would be an added advantage. 9. Should have excellent networking skills in order to generate clients. 10.To ensure that team achieves pre-defined business targets in terms of revenue generation, profitability and relationships acquired 11.
