We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities.Visit us at www.accenture.com What would you do Manage end-to-end agile sourcing projects mainly in the following categories- Industrial Operations, Information Technology, Corporate Professional Services, Human Resources, and Marketing. The projects can range from low complexity sole sourced incumbent projects to higher complexity competitive projects. Agile Sourcing involves quickly and efficiently finding and acquiring resources or services needed for a project. This includes identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery. The goal is to support agile project management by being responsive and adaptable. Responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes. This role is essential for keeping projects on track and within budget. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers. What are we looking for We are looking for experienced sourcing and category management professionals with the following: A sound understanding of the sourcing processes Strong supplier negotiation skills Adept with using Agentic AI tools Adept with data and RFP/RFI analysis Good supplier and stakeholder relationship management Strong communication and presentation skills Data Analytics and usage of Agentic AI Tools Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems Your day-to-day interactions are with client and internal Accenture stakeholders You will be given minimal instructions on your day-to-day work and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments Decisions that are made by you impact your own work as well as the work of others In this role you will be an individual contributor The working shift will be 3:00pm - 12:00am (IST) .
