Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit), excluding recruitment activities. Drive consistency and standardization across HR processes and documentation. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement through structured initiatives and programs. Advise managers on employee conduct, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Performance Management Own and manage the performance management system (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals). Partner with business leaders to ensure effective performance tracking and development planning. Drive performance calibration and merit/bonus processes. Compensation, Advantages & Payroll Coordination Manage compensation structures, salary revisions, incentives, and advantages administration.
