Job Description: We are having an urgent opening for the position of HR Generalist for a reputed Company in Engineering Industry at Navi Mumbai (Nerul) location. Key Responsibilities: Candidate shall be responsible for complete HR Operation such as managing entire employee lifecycle. Managing attendance, onboarding, exit and hiring process. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communication. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities, including the preparation of new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Assist in payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare HR reports and metrics on a regular basis for management review. Administer HR-related programs and initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to HR operations and administration.
