The role involves promoting and developing business for our surgical and pharmaceutical products by building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to develop long-term professional relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and generate business for surgical and pharmaceutical products. - Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions to introduce company products. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, purchase departments, and healthcare professionals. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. - Conduct product presentations and provide product information to customers. - Follow up with hospitals regarding product requirements, quotations, and orders. - Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. - Collect market feedback and competitor information. - Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and customer interactions. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
