HR Manager Clothing & Textile Industry Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Clothing / Textile Industry Role: HR Manager Employee Strength: Ability to handle approximately 200 employees Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to the clothing/textile industry to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee management. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and exit processes. - Manage HR operations for approximately 200 employees across different departments. - Lead recruitment and workforce planning based on business requirements. - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues. - Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities. - Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory HR requirements. - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. - Coordinate with department heads and management on manpower and HR-related matters. - Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Requirements - Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Human Resources, or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar managerial HR role. - Experience in the clothing, textile, garment, or fashion industry is preferred. - Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations. - Proven ability to manage a workforce of around 200 employees. - Robust knowledge of employee relations, labour compliance, recruitment, and HR processes. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
