We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory HR professional to join our team and support our workforce in achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Hiring: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for factory positions. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. - Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline. - Manufacturing Compliance - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing. - Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant workplace. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. - Employee Relations - Foster a positive work workplace by addressing employee concerns and grievances. - Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement. - Promote employee welfare initiatives and maintain open communication channels. - Data Management - Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting related to HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring statistics). - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing compliance and labor laws. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies.
