.Role & responsibilities Robust functional knowledge of the Workday Time & Absence module. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll. Perform integration testing between Workday and third-party systems using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations. Conduct regression testing during Workday updates, enhancements, and system releases. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and clarify test scenarios. Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements. Hands-on experience in test scenario design, test case preparation, and test execution. Basic knowledge of UKG (preferred but not mandatory) .
