Job Title : AGM- HR & Admin Location - Corporate HO - Tiruppur, Tamilnadu Company - Leading Garment Manufacturing having annual turnover of 3000+ crores with pan India presence. Job Description The candidate should be a seasoned professional working at Sr.Manager/ AGM level overseeing end to end HR and admin activities having more than 15 yrs of work experience. Key Responsibilities Manage Talent Acquisition Hiring the right talent as per business needs.Talent Management through employee development, engagement, motivation, and career growth.Manage full cycle of HR end to end activitiesManage Learning and Development of EmployeesOversee and manage PMS (Performance Appraisal System) across the organization.Manage Total Rewards program (Compensation + Recognition + Reward)Handle Employee Relations and Grievances.Handle Statutory Compliance legal cases related to HRManage Admin and Welfare related activities.Manage and C-ordinate Factory HR Operations to improve productivity and efficency. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 15 yrs of experience as Sr.Manager/AGM HR and AdminMSW, MBA - HR, Labour Law or related degree in HRProven experience as Sr.Manager HR in Manufacturing or Garment IndustryPeople-oriented and results-driven.Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
