Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of HR transformation and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate HRIS implementation, automation, and digital HR projects. Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and ensure timely hiring. Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, HR data analytics, policy framework, and HR operations. Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics for management review. Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives. Assist in policy implementation, HR audits, and organizational development projects. Coordinate with business stakeholders and external vendors for HR initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and delivery. Preferred candidate profile MBA / MSW with a good academic background. Exposure to HR Transformation, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Budgeting, PMS, Organizational Development projects, Talent Management Projects and HR Analytics. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. Exposure to corporate HR practices and processes. System Skills Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc) MS Excel (Advanced) MS PowerPoint & Word HRIS / HRMS Soft Skills Good Communication Collaboration Analytical Thinking Stakeholder Management Planning & Execution .
