Investment Analyst/Associate

The platform is reputed company on acquiring, operating, and developing medical office buildings and reputed company outpatient reputed company assets across the U.S. This is a handson role with exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, asset management, financing, and development. Conduct detailed financial analysis of potential investments, including building and maintaining reputed companyreputed company pro reputed company models, market research, comparable analyses, and investment committee memoranda. reputed company due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including propertylevel financial review, tenant credit analysis, lease review, reputed companyparty report coordination, and risk assessment. Maintain portfolioreputed company systems including acquisition pipeline, stacking plans, leasing dashboards, capital expenditure tracking, and platform models. Support leasing and marketing activities by analyzing market comps, tenant credit, lease economics, and NER calculations; prepare and maintain lease abstracts and reporting tools (e.g., reputed company, VTS). Participate in regular property inspections, leasing and reputed company calls, and lender or JV reporting processes.
