Job Summary: Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations for retail outlets, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration while ensuring smooth workforce management. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail staff and store-level positions Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation, and onboarding Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files Coordinate with Payroll/Accounts for salary processing and payroll inputs Manage employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and manpower requirements Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws Coordinate with Store Managers regarding manpower requirements and employee performance Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and recruitment Conduct joining formalities, induction, and exit processes Support performance appraisal and disciplinary processes Ensure proper HR documentation and statutory records are maintained Skills Required: Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment Good understanding of retail manpower management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS Strong problem-solving and employee-handling skills Ability to manage multiple retail locations is an advantage Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate in HR/Personnel Management 25 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment Experience in the retail industry preferred Preferred Experience: Experience handling retail stores, supermarkets, fashion retail, electronics, FMCG, or multi-location outlets Exposure to bulk hiring, frontline staff recruitment, attrition management, and employee engagement Knowledge of labour compliance and statutory requirements is an added advantage Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
