Salary - 40-50K Exp - 4-7 years Role Description The HR Payroll (Junior) role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accurate documentation of attendance, leave, and compensation details. The role supports the implementation of HR policies, helps manage employee benefits, and coordinates with team members to resolve payroll-related queries. The HR Payroll (Junior) professional will also assist in personnel administration tasks such as onboarding, data entry in HR systems, and preparation of HR reports. Collaboration with HR management and finance teams is expected to ensure timely and compliant payroll operations. Qualifications - Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a clear understanding of basic HR processes. - Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to support consistent and compliant application of company guidelines. - Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and handling routine HR documentation. - Candidates should possess strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail for payroll processing, along with basic knowledge of payroll software or HRIS tools. - Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting. - A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or junior experience in HR or payroll is an advantage. .
