Performance Test Manager - Immediate Joiners (Mumbai)

Keywords: Jmeter, Performance Testing Experience: 10 - 15 years Designation / Role: Performance Test Manager Location: Mumbai Job Description: - Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills using English - Have managed and delivered at least 10 to 15 Performance Engineering engagements for global and enterprise banks - Transform NFRs into actionable work items and clearly demonstrate traceability in execution. If required, hand-hold business teams in defining NFRs - Define performance test strategies that helps to measure and validate NFRs - Have hands-on experience with multiple performance test tools, protocols, encryption algorithms - Have hands-on experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics. Knowledge on native monitoring tools (technology specific) is an added advantage - Hands-on experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks - Hands-on knowledge in optimizing full stack application performance - Hands-On knowledge in programming languages such as Java and Python is a MUST - Hands-On knowledge in working with Linux Operating System - Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs of customer, technologies and/or techniques - Provides technical assistance and guidance to the team and delivers project milestones - Demonstrates industry standard best practices in performance testing and engineering Job Location: Chennai or Bangalore or Mumbai or Pune .
