Job Description: AEM QA Engineer Job Title: AEM QA Engineer Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) About the Role: We are looking for a QA Engineer who has hands-on experience testing websites built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will test website pages, components, and workflows, and also build automated test scripts to catch issues faster. What You'll Do: Test AEM website pages, components, and templatesCheck that content editors can create/edit/publish pages smoothlyWrite automated test scripts (using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)Test APIs related to AEMCheck website speed/performance (using JMeter)Check website accessibility (using Axe, WAVE, or Lighthouse)Test integrations with other tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CRM, DAM)Log and track bugs in JIRA/Azure DevOpsPrepare test reports and sign off before releases What We're Looking For: 5-8 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years on AEM projectsExperience in both manual and automated testingKnowledge of Java/JavaScript/Python for scriptingGood understanding of SQL, Git, and CI/CD toolsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldISTQB certification preferredAdobe AEM certification is a plus If interested, share your updated resume at hr@runmapglobal.com .

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
