The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and coordinating site visits to support the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and online enquiries related to real estate projects Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details Qualify leads based on customer requirements and budget Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and closure support Provide excellent customer experience throughout the pre-sales process Eligibility & Skills: Any Graduate / MBA preferred Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in pre-sales / telecalling Positive communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is an advantage) Basic knowledge of real estate concepts is preferred Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups Assettrust Services operates on a 6-day workweek. Week off days are as follows: 1st week of the month: Mondays and Tuesdays. 2nd to 4th weeks of the month: Mondays only. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory workdays.
