Role Description The Relationship Manager | Telesales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers over phone calls to understand their property requirements, explain NoBroker.coms services, and recommend suitable solutions. The Relationship Manager will manage end-to-end customer interactions, including lead follow-up, property and service suggestions, and relationship nurturing to drive conversions and customer retention. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams such as operations and customer support, and meeting or exceeding sales and service targets. The role requires a strong customer focus, consistent follow-through, and adherence to company processes and quality standards. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency. Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and building long-term trust. Sales and telesales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals. Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM tools, phone systems, and online platforms. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong time management and organizational skills. Prior experience in real estate, telesales, customer support, or inside sales is an advantage.
