JOB PROFILE Head of Product Company Chronus Location Chennai, India Reports To Chief AI Officer (CAIO) Team Scope Product Management, Product Design, User Research Type Full-Time Senior Leadership Experience & Track Record 10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years leading a product function (PM + Design + Research) at a B2B SaaS company selling to enterprise buyers. Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities at enterprise scale not just roadmapping them. Youve taken intelligent features from prototype to production. Deep familiarity with the HR Tech, L&D, or Talent Management ecosystem. You understand how CHROs, L&D leaders, and enterprise IT buyers evaluate and purchase platforms. Experience managing a product through a platform expansion or category transition youve been through the shift from point solution to platform and know where it breaks. Track record of working with growth-stage or PE-backed companies where product decisions directly impact revenue trajectory and investor confidence. Skills & Mindset Platform thinking: you can reason about how data layers, orchestration, and application surfaces interact and make product decisions that respect infrastructure constraints. Enterprise sales fluency: youve sat in customer calls, shaped pricing and packaging, and know how to build product narratives that accelerate deal velocity. AI product instincts: you understand how modern AI capabilities can be applied to enterprise workflows in ways that create genuine value, not demo-ware. Execution intensity: you default to shipping, not to process. You can run a tight sprint cadence while maintaining strategic coherence across a multi-phase roadmap. Communication clarity: you can present product strategy to a board, translate platform architecture for a CHRO buyer, and write a crisp PRD that engineers respect. .
