Product Manager Quote-to-Cash / Commerce Experience: 8+ Years Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Gurgaon Work Mode: Hybrid 3 Days WFO Budget/Bill Rate: Up to 18 LPA Payroll: Haparz Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Resume: Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Business Product Analyst with strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Commerce, Oracle CPQ, and Salesforce. The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirements management, process design, channel/partner economics, functional specifications, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities - Lead requirements gathering and author functional specifications for Quote-to-Cash and Commerce processes. - Map complex business processes and define user journeys covering distributors, resellers, partners, and customers. - Conduct stakeholder workshops across business and technical teams to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements. - Define measurable acceptance criteria and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability. - Collaborate with technical teams on Oracle CPQ and Salesforce data models and platform capabilities. - Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to operational efficiency and customer experience. - Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for product, business, and engineering teams. - Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile product development environment. What We're Looking For - 710+ years of experience in Product Management / Business Analysis, with significant Q2C and Commerce experience. - Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Commerce lifecycle processes. - Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ configuration and data modelling. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities. - Expertise in requirements extraction, functional specification, process mapping, and user journey definition. - Experience defining acceptance criteria and maintaining requirement traceability. - Good understanding of channel and partner economics, including distributor and reseller models. - Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. - Good understanding of CPQ, CRM, and ERP integration patterns. Good to Have - Oracle CPQ or Salesforce certification. - CSPO or equivalent Product Management certification. - Experience with B2B/B2C Commerce. - Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools. - Experience working on integrations between CPQ, CRM, and ERP platforms. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
