Product Owner/Product Manager (AI/ML) Location : Hyderabad, India Experience : 7 9 yrs Roles & Responsibilities What you'll do Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered features and platforms Translate customer and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well-groomed backlog Partner closely with data science and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship ML/AI capabilities Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups, driving Agile/Scrum delivery end to end Define success metrics and track product and model performance to inform iteration Champion responsible AI - data quality, fairness, transparency, and appropriate human oversight Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders, leadership, and clients Conduct discovery, user research, and competitive analysis to validate direction and priorities\ Ideal Candidate 1Strong AI Product Owner / Product Manager Profile with ML/AI product experience 2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of product management / product ownership experience, including shipping software products end-to-end. 3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have AI/ML product experience - managing products built on machine learning, data, or LLM/GenAI capabilities. 4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have owned product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well-groomed backlog 5Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have owned Agile/Scrum delivery end-to-end - sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups 6Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have a strong command of Scrum/Agile, backlog management, and prioritisation frameworks 7Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have data fluency - comfortable defining metrics, reading analytics, and reasoning about model behaviour and limitations 8Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have a discovery mindset - user research, problem framing, competitive analysis, and turning ambiguity into a clear plan 9Mandatory (Skill 4): Must be hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and product/roadmapping tools 10Mandatory (Communication): Must have excellent stakeholder management - able to align business, engineering, and clients, and communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to leadership. 11Mandatory (Company): B2B Tech consulting/B2B Tech services/AI Tech consulting companies 12Mandatory (Note): Candidate should be willing to work during EST shift (9.30 PM-6.30 AM) if needed as the client is based in US and they have US clients 13Preferred (Domain): Insurance or fintech domain exposure 14Preferred (Tech): Understanding of APIs and cloud (AWS 15Preferred (Certification): CSPO / PSPO or similar. .
