Solution Owner / Product Owner Application Development & Cloud Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad Experience: 7+ Years Interview mode: Face-to-face Job Summary We are looking for a Solution Owner / Product Owner with experience in Application Development, Cloud, and DevOps environments. The candidate should be capable of bridging business requirements with technical teams and driving end-to-end solution delivery. Note: This is not a Business Analyst role. We are looking for candidates with Solution Ownership or Product Ownership experience and a technical background in application development, cloud, and DevOps. Key Responsibilities - Own solution/product delivery from requirements through implementation, release, and successful adoption. - Develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, strategy, scope, use cases, success criteria, KPIs, and release plans. - Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements gathering, and use case definition sessions. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and assess them for completeness, consistency, and feasibility. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Developers, Architects, and Engineering teams. - Create and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs using Jira. - Prioritize and maintain the product/sprint backlog based on business value, delivery priorities, and customer requirements. - Work closely with Application Development, Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, and Engineering teams to guide feature implementation. - Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, requirement discussions, and stakeholder reviews. - Track requirements and delivery progress throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery timelines. - Ensure delivered features meet agreed customer, business, and technical requirements. - Communicate product vision, delivery progress, risks, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders. - Facilitate effective collaboration between business and technical teams and manage competing stakeholder priorities. - Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio for requirements, collaboration, process flows, and solution documentation. Mandatory Skills - Solution Owner / Product Owner experience - Application Development / Software Development project experience - Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP - DevOps / CI/CD setting experience - Agile, Scrum, Kanban - Product Roadmap, Strategy, and Solution Delivery - Requirements Gathering and Technical Requirements Analysis - Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Backlog Prioritization - Jira and Confluence - Stakeholder and Customer Management - Experience working closely with Developers, Architects, Cloud, and DevOps teams Preferred Skills - Experience with Microsoft O365 tools - Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio - Experience working on Cloud-native or digital transformation projects - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Containers, or Kubernetes - Experience in Data Analytics projects is an added advantage .
