The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents and LLM-powered systems that automate and enhance our career optimization features including autonomous resume analysis, intelligent job matching, AI interview agents, etc. We are looking for someone who is adept at building agentic AI systems and working with large language models, but also a great collaborator that can work with an asynchronous, remote team situated across the globe. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
