O2C Specialist

Exciting opportunity for an O2C Specialist role. Role Overview: We are looking for experienced O2C professionals with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash, SAP, Billing, Billing Dispute Resolution, and Contract Creation & Maintenance. The ideal candidate should have good process knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities. Handle billing and invoice processing activities accurately and within defined timelines. Review, analyze, and resolve billing disputes and invoice discrepancies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve billing-related issues. Create, maintain, and update customer contracts in accordance with business requirements. Work on SAP for O2C, billing, and transactional activities. Monitor pending, blocked, or disputed billing transactions and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to defined O2C processes, controls, and SLAs. Analyze O2C data and identify process gaps, errors, and improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation related to billing, contracts, and dispute resolution. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance O2C process efficiency. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through verbal and written communication. Eligibility Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in O2C / Order-to-Cash operations. Strong hands-on experience in SAP. Good understanding of end-to-end O2C processes. Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing. Hands-on experience in Billing Dispute Resolution. Experience in Contract Creation & Maintenance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good stakeholder management and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined SLAs.
