The role requires strong expertise in enterprise network architecture, operations, security, and team leadership across global environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network availability, security, scalability, and performance while driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the Global Network Operations Team across multiple geographies. Oversee day-to-day network operations ensuring high availability, reliability, and security. Define and execute the global network strategy aligned with business goals. Design and architect resilient, scalable, and secure enterprise network infrastructure. Drive adoption of emerging networking, automation, and cybersecurity technologies. Manage technical teams, project assignments, resource planning, and operational coverage. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Data Center LAN and WAN networks. Lead P1/P2 outage bridges and drive service restoration efforts. Perform problem management, root cause analysis, and post-incident actions. Provide recommendations on capacity planning, upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement network security best practices. Prepare operational and performance reports for senior leadership. Conduct regular audits of network devices and ensure compliance. Manage relationships with OEMs and technology partners. Drive team performance, technical growth, and operational excellence.
