About the Role Airowire is looking for a NOC Specialist in Bengaluru to serve as a senior technical escalation point for Campus and Security technologies. The role focuses on resolving complex L2/L3 network and security issues, supporting critical customer escalations, coordinating with vendor TAC teams, and mentoring NOC engineers. Youll work across wired and wireless networking, firewalls, NAC and SD-WAN, while collaborating with vendors including Aruba, Juniper and Fortinet. Key Responsibilities Technical Escalations Act as the final technical escalation point for Campus technologies. Own and delegate complex escalations to the L2 team. Drive incidents through to resolution. Handle critical customer and internal technical escalations. Network & Security Work across: Wired networking Wireless networking Firewalls Network Access Control (NAC) SD-WAN Network security Lead technical discussions with vendor TAC teams, including: Aruba Juniper Fortinet Coordinate troubleshooting, escalation and resolution of complex incidents. Technical Leadership Plan technical upskilling initiatives. Share troubleshooting knowledge with the NOC team. Act as a technical SME across networking and security technologies.
