6- days working 9hr shift We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer & CNC Operator with minimum 3 years of experience in precision machining. The candidate should be capable of independently creating CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and CNC Turning Machines using SolidWorks and CAM software. The role requires expertise in programming, machine setup, tooling selection, and production of precision components as per engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities * Create CNC programs for VMC Milling and CNC Turning using SolidWorks and CAM software. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications. * Prepare 2D and 3D models for machining operations. * Generate, verify, and optimize tool paths for efficient machining. * Set up VMC machines, select tools, set work offsets, and perform trial runs. * Operate VMC machines and support CNC turning operations during production. * Optimize cycle times while maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface finish. * Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining parameters.
