Location: Pune Role: IT Procurement Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and IT services Source and evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines Negotiate quotations, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation Coordinate with IT, Finance, Administration, and vendors Track deliveries, renewals, warranties, and vendor performance Maintain procurement records, MIS, and vendor databases Ensure cost-effective procurement while following company policies Requirements Experience in IT Procurement / IT Purchasing / Vendor Management Knowledge of IT hardware, software, licenses, and related services Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation Strong communication and coordination skills Candidates with relevant procurement experience will be preferred Interested candidates can share their CV at: hr@rutlix.com #Hiring #ITProcurement #ProcurementJobs #ITJobs #VendorManagement #ProcurementSpecialist #Jobs #HiringNow #RUTLIX Compensation: 30,454.54 - 35,043.18 per month Work Location: In person .
