PURCHASE EXECUTIVE FOR NASHIK

REQUIRED SKILLS We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 1-3 years of experience in the Sheet Metal / Switchgear / Electrical Manufacturing industry. The candidate wil be responsible for raw material procurement, vendor coordination, purchase documentation, material follow-up, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per prouction requirements. Good knowledge of raw material purchasing and procurement processes. * Experience in Sheet Metal / Switchgear / Electrical Manufacturing industry preferred. Good vendor negotiation and communication skil. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems Ability to understand material specifications and requirements. . Good coordination and follow-up skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple purchase requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Handle procurement of raw materials, sheet metal electrical and mechanical components as per requirements Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on material requirements. Coordinate with vendors for quotation, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms Identify and develop reliable suppliers for required materials Negotiate with suppliers for price, quality, delivery, and commercial terms. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials Coordinate with Stores, Production, PPC, Quality, and Accounts departments Monitor material shortages and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays, Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, and related documentation Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements for management approval. Track pending POs and maintain regular follow-up with suppliers. . Ensure purchased material meets required quality and technical specifications. Support vendor evaluation and supplier performance monitoring Handle basic purchase-related MIS and reports.
