Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the go-to-market efforts for our AI offerings. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the adoption of our products, managing the sales pipeline, building client relationships, and identifying current growth opportunities across sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy; establish a sales function from the ground up with defined processes and KPIs. Hire, mentor, and scale a world-class sales team (AEs, SDRs). Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Own revenue P&L; and customer expansion strategy. Represent KnowDis at events, virtual forums, and networking platforms to build visibility and partnerships. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales, with a solid preference for AI/ML solution sales. Demonstrated success in closing mid-to-large enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets. Solid understanding of AI/ML/NLP concepts and ability to communicate their business value effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Preferred Education: MBA/PGDM from Tier1 Colleges/Institutes. .
