Bangalore Full Time Work From Office 6 Days a Week As a Junior Advocate / Legal Executive KYC & Compliance at Benaka Gold Pvt. Ltd., you will support KYC verification, compliance monitoring, transaction approval, legal documentation, and risk review processes. This role is suitable for detail-oriented legal professionals who want to build a strong career in compliance, regulatory processes, and transaction review. What You Will DoVerify and validate customer KYC documents, including identity and address proofs.Review customer profiles and transactions for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Approve or reject gold-buying transactions and business cases based on legal and compliance parameters.Maintain proper documentation and records of all verified and approved cases.Identify suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk transactions and elevate them to management.Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.Coordinate with branch teams and internal departments to resolve compliance-related queries.Prepare compliance reports and maintain audit-ready records.Stay updated on changes in legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks relevant to the business.Qualifications & SkillsLL.B. Bachelor of Laws is mandatory.0 to 2 years of experience can apply.Freshers with strong legal knowledge and interest in compliance are encouraged to apply.Basic understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance processes.Strong analytical, documentation, and decision-making skills.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and sound judgment.Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.Good communication and cross-department coordination skills.English is mandatory.Kannada and Telugu are preferred. .
