Key Responsibilities Be part of Ripik's n-1 leadership team, working directly with and next to the CEO on the priorities that matter most to the company.Be part of Ripik's entire journey to IPO from where we are today to the day we ring the bell carrying the operational and reporting rigor that journey demands.Lead one major function end-to-end: Customer Success, Product Delivery, or Growth/Marketing or take on a functional Chief of Staff mandate spanning all three, running point on the CEO's highest-priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.Represent the CEO in internal and, where relevant, external forums ensuring consistent messaging and follow-through on commitments made. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of overall experience, ideally including a significant stretch in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or a Chief of Staff / strategy role at a high-growth startup.Graduate from a Tier 1 college and MBA from IIM A/B/C preferred.Demonstrated ownership mindset has run a workstream, project, or function end-to-end, not just contributed to one.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills able to bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-functional problems quickly.Sharp written and verbal communication comfortable operating in front of a CEO, a board, or a customer's C-suite with equal ease.Client handling experience, ideally from a top consulting engagement.Prior experience in a 0-to-1 or early-stage startup environment.
