About the Role :Sahana System Limited is scaling up its AI & Computer Vision practice, and we're hiring 10 Computer Vision AI Developers to join the team. You'll work end-to-end on CV projects from data collection and annotation through model development, optimization, and production deployment across domains like surveillance, manufacturing quality inspection, retail analytics, defence-tech, and smart infrastructure.What You'll Do:- Design, develop, and fine-tune CV models for object detection, image classification, segmentation, tracking, and OCR.- Build and maintain end-to-end CV pipelines data ingestion, pre-processing, augmentation, annotation workflows, and training.- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency across cloud, edge, and embedded deployments.- Work with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and OpenCV to implement architectures like CNNs, YOLO, Faster R-CNN, ViT, and U-Net.- Integrate CV models into production applications via APIs and microservices, in collaboration with data engineering and product teams.- Run model evaluation, error analysis, and continuous performance monitoring.- Deploy and manage models using MLOps practices versioning, Docker, CI/CD.- Document technical designs and experiments; contribute to internal knowledge sharing.- Stay current with advances in CV, deep learning, and generative AI.Must-Have Skills:- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.- Strong Python; working knowledge of C++ is a plus.- Hands-on with OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Keras.- Experience with YOLO, Detectron2, MMDetection, or similar detection frameworks.- Solid grasp of deep learning fundamentals, CNN architectures, and image processing.- Experience deploying models via Docker, Flask/FastAPI, ONNX, TensorRT.- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and/or edge deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi).- Experience with annotation tools (CVAT, LabelImg, Labelbox) and dataset management.- Working knowledge of Git.Good to Have:- Video analytics, multi-object tracking, or 3D vision (depth estimation, point clouds).- Exposure to generative AI/vision-language models (diffusion models, CLIP, multimodal LLMs).- Domain experience in manufacturing, surveillance/security, retail, healthcare imaging, or defence-tech.- Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.- Publications, open-source contributions, or Kaggle experience in CV.What We Offer:- Diverse, high-impact CV projects across multiple industry verticals.- A dedicated, growing AI/CV practice with structured learning and mentorship.- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.- Collaborative culture with cross-functional exposure across Sahana's Enterprise and MSI business units.
