Sales Manager IT Staffing Location: Mumbai / Pune / Hyd / Chennai Experience: 712 Years Industry: IT Staffing / Recruitment Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager IT Staffing to drive business growth through new client acquisition, account development, and strategic relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic IT staffing, C2H, contract staffing, and client acquisition . Key Responsibilities Drive new business development and revenue generation for IT staffing services. Identify and acquire new clients through hunting, networking, referrals, and market mapping. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure. Drive C2H/contract staffing and other IT staffing solutions. Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for timely fulfilment. Manage negotiations, commercials, MSAs/SOWs, and closure of deals. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Track sales pipeline, forecasts, revenue, and business targets. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. Required Skills Strong experience in IT Staffing Sales / Business Development . Proven experience in new client acquisition and hunting . Good understanding of C2H, contract staffing, and permanent hiring . Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently. Strong network across the Indian IT industry will be an added advantage. Preferred Profile ~7+ years of experience in IT staffing sales/business development. ~ Experience handling enterprise clients and large accounts. ~ Proven track record of achieving revenue and acquisition targets. ~ Candidates from IT staffing/recruitment organizations preferred. GCC experience preferre d Candidates with prior experience in GCC IT staffing / GCC business developmen t and an existing network of GCC clients will be highly preferred . .
