We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Fashion Retail Sales Executive to elevate our in-store shopping experience. You will actively drive store revenue through personalized customer consultations, styling advice, and proactive upselling while playing a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional brand experience and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership & Customer Relationship: Drive daily store targets by engaging shoppers, providing personal styling advice, demonstrating product value, and cross selling relevant accessories and wardrobe pieces. Clienteling: Build and maintain an active database of preferred clients to notify them of exclusive launches, VIP sales, and new seasonal collections. Product & Brand Knowledge: Master inventory detailsincluding fabric compositions, sizing guides, care instructions, and trendsto act as an expert fashion advisor. Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable visual standards across all sections, ensuring mannequins, wall units, and tables remain pristine, on-trend, and fully stocked. Transaction Management: Handle checkout operations accurately using the POS system, manage returns and exchanges smoothly, and offer loyalty program enrollment. Stock & Inventory Operations: Participate in incoming stock audits, sensor tagging, price markdowns, and periodic stock counts to prevent shrinkage and inventory discrepancies. Qualifications & Requirements Experience- 13 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Associate in fashion, apparel, or luxury retail. Sales Track Record- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets. Style & Trend Awareness- High fashion consciousness with an intuitive understanding of fit, styling, and color coordination. Compensation: From 10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
