We help businesses build, secure and modernise their IT infrastructure through networking, cybersecurity, workplace technology and enterprise IT solutions. Role Overview We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who can proactively identify new business opportunities, engage with decision-makers and generate qualified sales meetings for our Sales team. This is a hunter role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, LinkedIn outreach and direct engagement with customers. Key Responsibilities * Identify and research prospective B2B customers across Pune and other key markets. * Conduct high-volume outbound calling to IT and business decision-makers. * Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels. * Connect with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, IT Managers, Procurement Heads and business owners. * Understand customer requirements and identify potential IT infrastructure and cybersecurity opportunities. * Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Sales Manager. * Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline. * Support quotation follow-ups and coordinate with the sales/pre-sales team. * Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in CRM/lead trackers. * Research accounts, upcoming projects, technology requirements and potential buying signals. * Achieve defined monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings and opportunities. Products & Solutions The ISR will work across KE-CONNECTs portfolio, including: * Cisco Networking & Infrastructure * Fortinet Cybersecurity * Palo Alto Networks * Aruba Networking * Juniper * Laptops & Desktops * Workplace & Collaboration Solutions * IT Infrastructure Solutions Candidate Profile * 12 years of experience in B2B/IT sales or inside sales. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Confident in making cold calls and speaking with senior decision-makers. * Comfortable with prospecting and lead generation. * Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking or cybersecurity is preferred. * Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM tools is an advantage. * Highly target-oriented and persistent. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales pipeline.
